User Research

I conducted user research through surveys and interviews with UCLA students to understand their difficulties in finding and joining campus clubs. Initially, I assumed that the primary challenges were complicated search processes and unclear membership availability. However, the research revealed that intimidating interview requirements were also a major barrier. This shifted my focus to developing features that not only simplify club discovery but also offer an easy joining process, addressing a wider range of student concerns.
